Michelle Andron
Professional Experience
Michelle has dedicated over two decades to education, both as a teacher and a member of administrative teams. She spent 10 years at Sinai Akiba Academy, where she served as an elementary school teacher and a gifted education specialist. Since 2010, she has been the General Studies Principal at Emek Hebrew Academy in Sherman Oaks, CA. Known for her approachable, relatable, and patient demeanor, Michelle has extensive experience training educators and administrators alike. Her expertise includes classroom management, differentiation, data analysis, visible learning, cooperative learning models, and project-based learning (PBL). She has also guided administrators on conducting effective teacher observations, learning walks, schoolwide data analysis, time management, and navigating difficult conversations. Outside of her professional life, Michelle is a black belt in karate and is currently training for her third marathon. She is also a proud mother of five children, balancing her personal and professional accomplishments with grace and determination.

Educational Background
Michelle has a bachelor's from the University of Miami in elementary education, and a Master's Degree in Special Education specializing in gifted education from University of North Texas, along with certificates including educational leadership through YU Lead, Responsive Classroom, and Immunity to Change.
