Rabbi Dr. Avichai Pepper
Professional Experience
Avichai brings over 25 years of experience in Chinuch and community development. He serves as the Director of Educational Support Services at the Yeshiva of Greater Washington, where he has held numerous impactful roles. His leadership is dedicated to fostering academic excellence, personal growth, and a supportive school culture that nurtures students’ spiritual, social, and educational development. In addition, Avichai teaches at the Berman Hebrew Academy Lower School. He has previously served in various administrative and classroom teaching positions in several Jewish Day Schools around the United States. Rabbi Pepper is also an adjunct professor at Woodmont College, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the School of Education, and lives in Silver Spring, MD.

Educational Background
Avichai is a graduate of the New England Rabbinical College in Providence, RI. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Liberty University, as well as a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Bellevue University and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Liberty University.
