Rachel holds a MA in Educational Administration from Yeshiva University, a BA from Stern College, and is currently pursuing a PhD at Gratz College. Rachel was a Mandel Jerusalem fellow, a member of the Mandel Teacher Educator Cohort, and studies at Matan and Nishmat in Israel.
