Rabbi Yona Margolese
Professional Experience
Rabbi Margolese has spent the past two decades developing his leadership and management skills. He has a unique blend of experience in nonprofit management, program development, formal and informal Jewish Education, and mental health. He began his career in 2000, running youth groups and moved into teaching middle school and high school students. He also ran a private practice in family therapy. Leading Torah Day School of Seattle for 8 years, until he moved to the East Coast with his family, he blazed a trail on how to build a school culture from the ground up. R. Margolese is currently the VP of Clinic Operations for a mental health company where his strategic thinking and leadership skills are utilized on a daily basis. Rabbi Margolese lives in New Jersey.

Educational Background
Rabbi Margolese has a BTL and Semicha from Yeshiva Shor Yoshuv, a Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University, and a Life Coaching & Executive Coaching Certificate from IAP College.
