Professional Experience
David brings 30 years of experience in education, school leadership, and instruction. Since 2019, he has been the Director of Learning and Teaching and Associate Principal at the Yeshivah of Flatbush, driving professional development, data-informed decision-making, and innovative curriculum design. Alongside this role, David has provided impactful instructional coaching and leadership support through his consultancy, Educational ConSALTing, focusing on fostering student agency, staff development, and empowering educational leaders. As a Touro University and Herzog College instructor, he has developed dynamic, student-centered approaches to Judaic studies. David’s career exemplifies an unwavering dedication to cultivating exceptional learning environments and empowering teachers and students. David lives in MA and NY (but he’s from Chicago).

Educational Background
David holds an Ed.D from the Azrieli Graduate School of Jewish Education, semicha from Yeshiva University, and a BA and MA in Education from Yeshiva University.
